Deposit Policy

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider in relation to a ubaje deposit is considered fraudulent conduct. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended pending investigation. Any winnings generated from disputed deposit funds will be voided. ubaje will contest all fraudulent chargeback requests and reserves the right to pursue recovery of any funds obtained through this method.

Wagering Rules & Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure
ubaje's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
ubaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request; use of prohibited automated software; or detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
Player-Initiated Account Closure

Severability

Entire Agreement
